If your tired of spending high dollars on computer repair and don't
feel like you've gotten
your monies worth, then we think you will be interested in "Drop
Zone".
The Drop Zone is a service plan that we
developed to make it more affordable for you
to bring your computer in to us for regular maintenance. Much like
when your car needs an
oil change or a tune up, your computer system needs regular
maintenance on both software
and hardware to keep it running in top condition. This way there is
a good chance of
identifying and fixing small problems before they become big and
potentially expensive
problems. In other word we clean and check your system to prevent
major problems
from ever happening.
Terms and Conditions
The Gold
service is good for one of our major services per month, and the
Platinum
plan is good for two major services per month. This computer service
covers only the
time involved in maintaining or fixing your computer
system. It does not cover any parts
or software that may be required to fix your system.
The silver package is for maintenance
service only, it does not cover any system repairs, (however in some
cases cleaning the
system fixes the problem).
Some of the minor maintenance services
would only be preformed annually or quarterly
as there is no reason to repeat
them on a monthly basis. The minor maintenance services
are considered a package and would all be performed each time the
system is dropped
off except, for those services that only need to be preformed 1 to 4
times a year.
Major Repair services cannot be mixed and
matched, each major service is considered
separate. If we replace your
hard drive, we cannot also replace your motherboard,
reinstall windows, and consider it one major service. That would be
3 major services.
We do realize that in some cases multiple services may be required
for a single drop off
in that case it would be possible to trade off future months service
points in to complete
the repair, if your Drop Zone service is prepaid to cover those
months traded. However
it is not possible to trade in points for past months that were not
used.
A six month commitment is required for the the Drop Zone service.
These six months
do not have to be
prepaid, but will be billed to you automatically each month. After
the
six months is up you may cancel the service at anytime. If you do
not cancel the service
you will continue to be billed for the service package you chose
each month there after.
